Branch Office Connectivity

If your business has branch offices in multiple New Mexico communities, ZiaTel can help provide cost effective connectivity to your offices.

T1

A T1 connection is one of the most reliable services available. Bandwidth on a T1 connection can be for both voice and internet connectivity based on customer needs. A T1 has 24 channels that can be split between voice and data channels or used for up to 24 traditional (POTS) phone lines.

Broadband

Bandwidth can be delivered via a number of technologies, including: dialup, DSL, wireless, T1, T3, QMOE (Metro Ethernet). With the exception of dialup internet access the other technologies can be used to deliver both voice (VOIP—Voice over IP) and video services.

Who do I contact for service when I have a problem?

ZiaTel has local phone numbers for customer technical support and service in all the communities we serve. Support is available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. At other times, emergency contact numbers are also available. ZiaTel will monitor your Internet connection continuously in the event of a problem. Because we have a strong working relationship with the communications companies, we can address and troubleshoot service problems quickly, with timely results.
